Current hourly rate
In accordance with the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010 and LABC Member Guidance on the Publication of a Building Regulation Charges Scheme, Ipswich Borough Council has an hourly building control rate.
The 2024/5 hourly rate is £88.20.
Ipswich Borough Council implements DCLG Risk Assessed Pricing Guidance to calculate its fee charges.
