Property and Land Records information
The Ipswich Borough Council Land Charges team does not keep records of who owns property or land, nor does it handle information relating to property boundaries or Title Deeds.
For enquiries relating to any of these matters you should contact the Land Registry Office in Hull, who are responsible for the registration of property and land in the Borough of Ipswich.
