Superseded Adopted Ipswich Local Plan 2011-2031

On 22 February 2017, Ipswich Borough Council approved the Ipswich Local Plan 2011–2031 under the 2012 Town and Country Planning Regulations. The plan includes the Core Strategy, Policies Development Plan, Site Allocations, the IP-One Area Action Plan, and related maps.

The information and downloads that make up the evidence base for the adopted Ipswich Local Plan (February 2017) are available through the Core Document Library. This evidence base also informs the emerging Ipswich Local Plan Review together with new evidence base documents which have emerged since the Local Plan has been adopted.
