As your landlord, we are legally required to ensure that all gas appliances and pipes in our properties are tested annually, in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.

These checks are essential for ensuring the safe operation of gas appliances and the overall safety of your home. As part of your Tenancy Agreement, you are required to provide access for these Gas Safety Checks, which are conducted by the council or our approved contractors.

What to do if you have issues
- If you're a council tenant and have any problems with your gas appliances, please contact Aaron Services directly at 0800 533 5630.
- In Case of a Gas Leak:
If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, immediately contact Cadent at 0800 111 999.
