We are committed to communicating effectively and efficiently with all our stakeholders, both internally and externally. This Communications Strategy provides clarity of priorities and explains our organisation, the place and people it serves, and our plans for the future. Developing two-way communications with residents and communities helps us understand what’s important to them.

This Customer Access Strategy sets out how we will further strengthen customer relationships, improving experience and increasing satisfaction, by working closely with our customers to ensure our services are provided in the way people need them.
